There will be rain tomorrow, Monday July 31 especially in southern coastal states such as Lagos, Rivers, Delta, Bayelsa etc.

So, remember to take your umbrella along.

Nigeria’s weather prediction agency, the Nigerian Meteorological Agency, NiMet says there are high chances of thunderstorms over the Central States in the morning hours on Monday.

NiMet’s Weather Outlook released by its Central Forecast Office (CFO), on Sunday in Abuja also predicted thunderstorms over Abuja, Makurdi, Minna, Mambila, Jos, Lafia and Jalingo in afternoon and evening hours.

It added that the region would have day and night temperatures in the range of 27 to 32 degrees Celsius and 17 to 23 degrees Celsius, respectively.

It also predicted thunderstorms over the inland cities with rains over the coastal cities in the afternoon and evening hours and day and night temperatures of 28 degrees Celsius to 33 degrees Celsius and 20 degrees Celsius to 23 degrees Celsius, respectively.

According to NiMet, Northern states will experience morning thunderstorms over Nguru, Sokoto, Kano, Jigawa and Yelwa with cloudy and moderate thunderstorms over Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi, Katsina, Maiduguri and Kano.
