Is Senator Bola Tinubu discussion second term strategy with President Muhammadu Buhari? 

Tinubu is President Buhari's second official visitor since he travelled to London on Monday.

Both leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) met in the President's London lodge in London.  

It is the first time that President Buhari and Senator Tinubu will be meeting since the President declared his interest to run for a second term in office on the same day he left Nigeria for London.

He had at the meeting of the APC working committee announced his intention to run in 2019 Presidential election.

It was not clear what their discussions centred on, but Buhari had given Senator Tinubu a task some weeks ago. 

"Reconcile the aggrieved members of our party," he had told him.

He must have visited Buhari to brief him of efforts and inroads that he had made in the reconciliation move.

This is coming after a picture of Senator Tinubu and Babatunde Fashola spread, with reports saying they had reconciled.

The two former Lagos governors have had disagreements that had affected the relationship between them. 

But that image showed two of them in a hug. 

President Buhari had last week received the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, who raised concerns about the herdsmen killings and other security issues in Nigeria.
