Nigeria international Alex Iwobi is in Arsenal’s starting lineup for their derby clash against West Ham, however Mesut Ozil has once more been left out of Unai Emery's side for a major away game as the Gunners travel to the London Stadium to take on the Hammers

Ozil took part in a full week's training after overcoming back issues that have plagued him in recent weeks but was not part of the squad that arrived at the London Stadium today.

Unai Emery's defensive numbers swelled over recent weeks as six first-team players returned to training, including a clutch of crucial defenders.

Right-back Hector Bellerin is back in the squad having been sidelined since December 16 with a calf strain whilst Laurent Koscielny trained in full after suffering back spasms in the warm-up before last week's win at Blackpool. However only the latter is deemed fit enough to start with Ainsley Maitland-Niles taking Bellerin's spot at right wing-back.

Koscielny, Shkodran Mustafi and Sokratis Papastathopoulos are the Gunners' back three with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette leading the line.
