'We Own Kizz Daniel Too' - G-Worlwide
Singer Kizz Daniel officially has no name.
The singer, formerly known as Kiss Daniel, changed his name following his departure from the record label G-Worldwide Entertainment, after being slammed with legal sanctions He then announced his own label – Fly Boi INC.
The record label had previously said the name change has no effect on the current court case, now they claim even the name “Kizz Daniel” belongs to G-Worldwide.
A document from the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment granting the trademark for Kizz Daniel to G-Worldwide was shared online.
The document, dated June 12, 2018, showed that application for the trademark was made June 6, 2018.
In a statement released by the record label, it revealed that his using either Kiss Daniel or Kizz Daniel was a breach of intellectual property rights.
They also claimed that he did not have any right to release 4 Dayz or the new song with Wizkid titled For You.
