Super Eagles midfielder, John Ogu has made an assertion that he and his national teammates are ready for Tuesday’s international friendly against Argentina.

Ogu, who scored a stunning goal in the Eagles’ last outing against Algeria, will be hoping to follow up with another solid display against the two-time world champions.

The Israel-based midfielder shared some pictures late on Monday where he affirmed the Eagles readiness for the Argentina game.

Last week, Ogu spoke on the extra mile he had to go to be available for the Algeria and Argentina games.

He said: "I spent my own money to visit a specialist, went for therapy with my team 3 times. Spent also on Orthotics to fit in my boots. Came back exactly in 2weeks just to be back to represent my country. Missed 2 league games and Europa League game.

"I’m not looking way too sharp yet but I will keep working hard. I’m really proud of the team tonight. We worked as a team and fought for each other. Happy all my efforts were not in vain. I’m Grateful to God for his grace upon my life!!.

The Argentina, Nigeria will kickoff by 5.30pm on Tuesday.
