Senate President Bukola Saraki was in Uyo for the Super Eagles and Zambia World Cup Qualifier match.

Dr. Saraki sat close to the Governor of the State, Mr Udom Emmanuel, and could not hold back his excitement when Iwobi scored Nigeria's winning goal at the 74th minute.

Godswill Akpabio Stadium in the capital city of Akwa Ibom State lit-up in excitement when Alex Iwobi found the back of the net.

That goal launched Nigeria into 2018 World Cup that will hold in Russia and Saraki who was live at the stadium shared a video.

After the goal, Senator Saraki tweeted: "It was great to be in Uyo to cheer on our Super Eagles! You guys continue to make us all proud and demonstrate the greatness in our diversity.

"Congratulations to all Nigerians.
