Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr is already focused on the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations to be hosted by Egypt.

He has submitted his program to the Nigeria Football Federation and preparation begins in March with the last qualifying game against Seychelles and a friendly against Egypt. Both matches will be played at the Stephen Keshi stadium in Asaba.

Speaking exclusively to Bounce News, Rohr said he is hoping Ahmed Musa, who plays for Saudi Arabian team Al-Nassr, and Benfica's Tyronne Ebuehi, both injured, recover in time for the 2019 AFCON.

Musa is bereaved following the death of his mother on January 25 in Abuja. The player is back in Nigeria.

Rohr also expressed serious concern for goalkeeper Francis Uzoho, who is now playing as a second choice goalkeeper for second division club in Spain - Elche CF, on loan from Deportivo La Coruna.
