The whereabouts of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu is still unknown.

There have been a lot of speculations about his exact location after he went missing few weeks back during the military's Operation Python Dance in Abia state.

But a Turkish citizen and IPOB's self-proclaimed official representative on International Relations in the Middle East and Asia, AbdulKadir Erkahraman, has shared some details of Kanu's whereabouts in a 13 minute plus video posted to social networking site, Facebook.

He called on IPOB supporters to stop asking about his whereabouts in order to preserve his safety and security, while also calling on IPOB to stop protesting in Nigeria for their safety but to organize outside Nigeria.

He called on IPOB to cease all Nigeria activities and borrow a leaf from the play book of South Africa’s ANC and Nelson Mandela whose struggle was more pronounced internationally due to the proscription of the group by the South African government.
