Music sounds sweeter when we make it together.

One of the selling points of the 'Shaku Shaku' era is in the collaborations. From Legbegbe featuring Mr Real, Obadice and Idowest to Diet, that stars, Dj Enimoney, Tiwa Savage,Reminisce and Slimcase.

Here are 4 musicians who have collaborated over the years and created amazing tunes.

1. Olamide and Phyno

'Ghost Mode' marked the beginning of a partnership, that does not look like it would end anytime soon.

Their collaborations marked the beginning of how different languages could come together in musical harmony.

'Fada Fada' and 'Augument' are other great collaborations that set dance floors on fire, even when  people do not understand Ibo or Yoruba.

Their teamwork  has also led to a joint album (2 Kings).

2. Adekunle Gold and Simi

Why these two are not married is still a mystery. They have been rumored to be dating and their chemistry while making music is contagious.

Two songs come to mind when you think of Adekunle Gold and Simi-"No Forget" and "Take Me Back".

They make each other sound better. Simi with her soft voice caressing, Adekunle Gold's deeper alto creates sounds that are almost celestial.

You can't just get enough when they record a song together.

3. Tiwa Savage and Wizkid

When two hard working musicians collaborate, you can sense the drive for perfection.

Wizkid and Tiwa Savage are true friends. Both are also a cola drink ambassadors.

Wizkid brings out the street in Tiwa and she vibes on in incredible style.

The two afro-pop heavyweights have created two unforgettable collaborations (Bad and Ma Lo), which has instigated fans of both artistes to demand for a joint EP.

Let's keep our fingers crossed, we might be getting one soon.

4. Falz and Simi

They have an EP together called 'Chemistry'. That alone says it all.

These two musicians have a musical chemistry that goes beyond their biological makeup that attracts a man to a woman.

While Simi's work with Adekunle Gold is emotive; her blend with Falz redefines the word "creativity".

With Adekunle Gold, Simi sounds great, while with Falz we begin to see how her lyrics become sharp and witty.
