It would have been nice for Victor Moses to celebrate his 27th birthday with the BBC African Footballer of the Year Award but that is not the case as Egyptian and Liverpool superstar has taken that top prize.

That nonetheless, the Nigeria international who adds another year this Tuesday is being well-celebrated by his English club who did a short video compilation for the fleet-footed winger.

It could still be a special birthday for Moses if he gets game time for Chelsea at The John Smith's Stadium on Tuesday night.

The Super Eagles star will reach 200 appearances in the Premier League if he plays against the Terriers, after making his 199th appearance in the top-flight in the Blues 1-0 loss to West Ham this past weekend.

Moses will join an illustrious Nigerian company that includes Shola Ameobi (298 games), Nwankwo Kanu (273 games), Yakubu (252 games), John Obi Mikel (249), Joseph Yobo (228) and Victor Anichebe (204).

Victor Moses made his Premier League debut against Sunderland on February 6, 2010.
