Scottish club, Celtic has been charged by UEFA over pitch invasion during the Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday.

UEFA said it has opened disciplinary proceedings against Celtic after a fan raced on to the pitch during first half to attack PSG youngster, Kylian Mbappe.

PSG won the game played at Parkhead pitch late on Tuesday 3-0.

A UEFA statement said Celtic is now charged with a count of "field invasion", and will have their case heard by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on October 19.

If found guilty, Celtic will be slammed with a fine.
