The fight between Ahmed Arowosegbe and his elder brother, Mukaila, which started from the family house before extending to the police station, has now moved to a Lagos court.

Ahmed is facing a criminal charges in the ongoing prosecution.

Reports suggest their late father left behind some houses and caterpillar parts worth over 3 billion naira.

Ahmed was in charged of the property as the administrator since Mukaila resides in London.

Trouble started when Mukaila, who spent over 30 years in London, asked to see the books.

He was shocked that some of the property were no longer listed in the Family name and Ahmed was unable to explain what happened.

There are reports that Ahmed sold some of the property and converted it to his own personal use without informing his elder brother.

Mukaila reported the matter to the Police and Ahmed was arrested and charged before an Isolo Magistrates court for stealing.

He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, A.O. Adedayo granted him bail in the sum of N5 million with two sureties in the like sum.

However, Ahmed was remanded in custody pending when he perfects his bail conditions.
