There are still some few days left in the summer transfer window in Spain and there are suggestions that Super Eagles first choice goalkeeper Francis Uzoho may be making a move thereof.

With the doors of first team football practically closed for Uzoho at his present club Deportivo La Coruna, reports in Spain suggest he could be heading to another Spanish club, Elche though with a caveat.

The 19-year old was in goal for Nigeria at the Russia 2018 World Cup and was rated above average by many.

To further cement his position in the national team, Uzoho will need to go to a club where he would be guaranteed playing time constantly.

Elche fits the bill for playing time as they are in desperate need for a keeper in the mold of Uzoho but the club has a salary structure which might not suit the Nigerian.

It is yet to be seen if Deportivo and Elche can work things out between themselves to make this summer move a reality.
