Chelsea Football Club have confirmed that they have sent out Nigeria-born striker Ike Ugbo out on loan again.

 Ugbo had initially been sent to Barnsley, but it was was cut short and now the Blues have sent him to another League One club, MK Dons.

"Academy striker Ike Ugbo has today joined MK Dons on loan until the end of the season,"a Chelsea statement on Thursday read in part.

 "The 19-year-old moves to the League One side having spent the first half of the campaign with Barnsley, where he made 18 appearances.

"Ugbo was our development squad’s top scorer last season and during his time in the Chelsea Academy he has been part of sides which have won the FA Youth Cup, UEFA Youth League and Under-18 Premier League." the statement added.

Ugbo has played for the England U17 and U 20 team but is still eligible to play for Nigeria even as he has been recalled by the Blues.
