English Premier League club Leicester City are close to finalizing a £25m deal for Super Eagles striker, Kelechi Iheanacho from Manchester City.

West Ham, who were front burners in the chase for the Nigerian have reportedly pulled out.

Leicester are still in talks to sign Iheanacho, but any proposed deal will remain on hold until he returns from holiday, according to Sky Sports.

Iheanacho has scored 21 goals in 64 appearances in all competitions since making his debut for Manchester City in 2015.

Last August, he signed a new contract until 2021, but saw his playing time limited by the January arrival of Brazil forward, Gabriel Jesus.
