Top Nigerian Coach May Die Of Cancer, Needs Help
A top Nigerian coach, Kelechi Emetole has been diagnosed of Cancer of the throat and that it is threatening to take the life of the ex-player.
Emetole, who has resorted to begging to save his life, played for the national team of Nigeria back in the days.
He also handled a couple of teams like Enugu Rangers, Heartland FC and El-kanemi Warriors among others.
Popularly referred to as the ‘Caterpillar’, Emetole is on his knees begging for all to come to his rescue especially the serving governors of some states he worked for and is still been owed unspecified amount of monies.
The states are Imo, Abia and Enugu.
A close source who visited the ailing coach revealed that he is seriously ill and cannot speak because he has lost his voice.
It is understood that Emetole now breathes with the aid of a pipe attached to his neck and now needs surgery to save his life as soon as possible.
According to his wife, a hospital in Delhi India demanded $11,000 for the procedure but a Nigerian professor in Enugu is said to be willing to carry out the same operation with about N2m.
Emetole played in the national team of Nigeria with the likes of Christian Chukwu ,Segun Odegbami and many others.
