These are not the best of times for Real Madrid as they have gone 409 minutes or four and a half games since they last scored a goal against Espanyol.

While that is bad news for the reigning European champions, it is quite pleasant for Levante who have named Super Eagles star, Simon Moses in their squad for Saturday's La Liga clash in the Spanish capital.

Moses was literally reduced to a training material during the international break as he was omitted in Nigeria's match day squad for the double header against Libya in which the Super Eagles came out tops all the same.

He would however hope he is given a part to play against Los Blancos.

A bad result against Levante on Saturday afternoon would spark a furious reaction at the Bernabeu and it's hard to see how the coach could survive much longer.

Other than Dani Carvajal, Real will have the full squad available with Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema, Marcelo and Isco back.

It is expected that Levante will be direct and rely upon Enis Bardhi to find the magic needed to end a woeful run of results since the previous international break.

Only three men in their squad have ever beaten Los Blancos and none of them will be available this weekend, due to injury for Coke, the coach's decision for Antonio Luna and Pedro Lopez.

There is plenty to play for at the Bernabeu, and neither team has any time to waste to get their engines running after the break.
