Everything seems to be working out perfectly for Junior Ajayi.

Last week he got his first senior national team call-up when he was listed among 28 players for Nigeria’s two international friendlies against Poland and Serbia in March.

Now he has won the premier league title in Egypt for the second time.

Ajayi’s Al Ahly had on Saturday defeated ENPPI 1-0, thanks to Ayman Ashraf’s goal.

The eight-time African champions were confirmed champions following Al Masry’s 0-0 draw against Entag El Harby on Monday night.

It was the Red Devils’ third title in a row and their 40th domestic title overall with six games to spare.

Ajayi is likely to make his Super Eagles debut in the game against Poland on March 23 or four days later against Serbia.
