The damage done by Sergio Ramos against Mohamed Salah in the Champions League final is still very fresh in the minds of many; especially Liverpool and English fans.

Ramos appears to be non-remorseful as he seems happy living up to his classification as one if not the 'meanest' defender in the world.

The defender was on Monday caught on camera doing something unthinkable against England star, Raheem Sterling.

Ramos appeared to stamp on Raheem Sterling during England’s 3-2 win over Spain.

The incident took place in the second half of England’s UEFA Nations League tie in Spain and many fans across the work are livid; especially as Ramos escaped unpunished from the game.

Video footages show Ramos appearing to attempt to stamp on Sterling’s foot as the Manchester City star lay on the ground.

Fans were shocked to see the defender go over to Sterling as he lay on the turf following a challenge and appeared to stamp on the England star’s foot.

Twitter users reacted with fury when they saw the incident between Ramos and Sterling.

One fan wrote: “Anyone see that ramos stamp on Sterling or just me?”

Another put: “Well this is going to f*** with the scousers heads! Ramos purposely going to stamp on sterling”

A third said: “The classic Messi stamp on Raheem. Ramos basically confirming our boys elite and he needs studs to stop him.”

Despite Ramos crude action, it did prove to be a lovely night for Sterling as he scored a first-half brace as England went into half time 3-0 up.

Before Monday, Sterling had gone three years since his last England goal.
