Former Super Eagles striker, Victor Obinna-Nsofor is set to get another shot at club football after an uneventful stint at German club, Darmstadt 98.

Nsofor has completed a move to South African PSL side, Cape Town City as a free agent.

The Blue and Gold Army is coached by Bafana Bafana great, Benni McCarthy.

They announced the signing of free agent Nsofor, who at his peak featured for top European teams including Inter Milan and Chievo.

The announcement of Nsofor's signing was made via a dramatic video on Twitter.


He has been handed jersey No 17.

Nsofor, aside from playing for Inter Milan and Chievo in Italy, he was also a teammate of his new coach, Benni McCarthy at West Ham.

The travelling striker also enjoyed stints at Spanish team Malaga and Russian side, Lokomotiv Moscow.
