SHOCKING! Why 73-Year-old Stabbed Nephew To Death
At the age of 73, many will expect that a man has seen a lot and should be full of patience.
But that was not the case with Emmanuel Ajasa, who out of anger stabbed his 50-year-old nephew, Adeniyi Oyebajo, to death.
The incident happened on February 11, 2018 at 10.40 p.m. at No. 9, Kalejaiye St., Lowa in Ikorodu Lagos.
The septuagenarian, out of annoyance, used a knife to stab Oyebajo, who was trying to settle a dispute between his mother and Ajasa.
The Prosecutor, Sgt. Courage Ekhueorohan, has taken the septuagenarian to court, accusing him of murder.
At the end of Monday’s hearing, Ajasa is to remain behind bars, pending receipt of legal advice from the office of the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecutions, the Magistrate, Mrs O.O.A. Fowowe-Erusiafe, ruled.
The offence violates Section 222 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
