See What Fayose Thinks About 'Hilarious Buhari's Dancers'
'Lead by example,' is what Governor Fayose seems to be saying.
President Muhammadu Buhari returned to Nigeria on Saturday after his vacation in London and a set of 'hilarious Sango' dancers welcomed him.
After the dancers and the President had fun on a great evening, the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Ayodele Fayose, said the dancers were not real.
He decried what happened at the airport in Abuja and wondered how Nigeria got to such point.
"It is only in Nigeria that a government will pay dancers to welcome a President who left his country for fifteen days to enjoy himself abroad at the expense of public fund.
"Yar 'Adua didn't travel abroad for holidays, he went to Obudu in Cross Rivers.
"How did we get here?" he wrote on his Twitter page.
Governor Fayose is known for criticising the current government and even after his desire to hand over to a governor elected under the Peoples democratic Party (PDP) did not come true, he has continued to speak against some activities of the ruling political party.
His political party had once described the President as a leader that had engaged more in medical tourism.
