Russia 2018: What Has Ramos Done Again At The World Cup?
Many wishes poured in for Egyptian phenomenon, Mohamed Salah, but there were not enough to save the day.
Friday, June 15, is Salah's birthday and the party will definitely not go down well in Russia. Infact, it is one birthday he will forever remember for the wrong reasons.
Salah lost his first game in the World Cup on his birthday and that means so much to the man that plays football with so much passion,
He could not begin the game, as he had to play from the bench in their opening game and Egyptians will give no thanks to Sergio Ramos that had injured him in the finals of the UEFA Champions League.
After the Friday game ended, with Uruguay netting a late goal, Sergio Ramos was remembered.
It is funny that many comments that trailed the game on social media fingered Ramos as the cause of the loss of the game.
Some persons are wishing Ramos will get the kind of tackle he gave to Salah on the finals of the Champions league games.
Spain will file out against Portugal in their first game of the World cup and many are also looking to see the kind of tackle he would give Cristiano Ronaldo.
Could the score line have been different with Mo Salah starting?
This Egypt loss is on Ramos. If he didn't attempt to kill Salah in Kiev as we have been told, Salah would have scored & Liverpool would have won the UCL.Salah would have been fit & confident for today's game, would have scored & Egypt would have won.— Babanla (@biolakazeem) June 15, 2018
Blame it on Sergio Ramos.
Why hasn't Salah blamed Ramos for the loss yet?!!— ajinkya (@ajinkyatrue) June 15, 2018
