Wayne Rooney is expected to play against his former club – Manchester United for the first time in 13 years.

Rooney will head to Old Trafford with Everton for Sunday’s English Premier League clash against the Red Devils.

After winning five Premier League titles and a Champions League in over a decade with the club, Rooney exited Manchester United for boyhood club Everton for a free transfer in the summer.

Everton boss, Ronald Koeman would want to go all out against United after a disappointing performance in a 3-0 loss to Atalanta on Thursday in the Europa League.

He is expected to include Rooney in the starting lineup on Sunday.
