Diario Gol reports that Ronaldo has told the Real Madrid President Florentino Perez that the club needs a new keeper if they want to keep up their recent success.

Topping the 'Ronaldo shortlist' is Manchester United's David de Gea who has been consistently outstanding for the Red Devils and was at his best again over the weekend against Liverpool at Anfield.

Ronaldo is said to be also favourably disposed to Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois and Marc Andre ter Stegen of Barcelona.

It is understood that the Portugal international feels Keylor Navas and Kiko Casilla do not fit the bill at the Santiago Bernabeu and wants to see a new No. 1 in place for next season.
