Presidency Gives Opinion On IGP's Trending Video
The presidency has given its opinion on the viral video of the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris stuttering through his speech.
Reactions have trailed the video, with some persons saying it was doctored while others are putting forwards claims it was not doctored.
Hours after the video circulated online, the Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Foreign Relations and Diaspora, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, said the video was 'definitely doctored'.
She put up a tweet to make the claim, and she highlighted that the error was made once, but then repeated by the individual who doctored it.
Her tweet has drawn reactions from Nigerians.
