Nigerian Police might be wrapping up the murder case of 2007 winner of Gulder Ultimate search, Hector Jobarteh.

49-year-old Ismaila Adeyemi, who is reportedly the mastermind of the crime, has been arrested by the officers attached to the Police Command in Lagos.

The suspect was allegedly apprehended at Gas Line along Ominiyi Road in Ijoko area of Ogun state.

Police authorities say the suspect has confessed to tracing and shooting Hector at his residence at New Oko-Oba in Agege.

Jorbarteh was shot after he returned from the airport where he had gone to pickup his younger brother.

The suspect and his accomplices have been charged to court. If found guilty, they could face the death sentence.
