The President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick has finally revealed the salary being paid to Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr.

Pinnick made the revelation following reports the FA is owing Rohr.

“We’re not owing Rohr or any of the national team coaches. We recently renewed the contract of Rohr,” Pinnick told Nigeria Football Live.

“In the new contract [there] is an addition of $10,000 to his monthly salary. His new salary is $55,000 – which is about N2m,” the president concluded.

Rohr qualified the Super Eagles for the 2018 FIFA World Cup where Nigeria crashed out from the group stages.

He has also qualified Nigeria for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, and will now take part in a high-profile friendly against AFCON host, Egypt on 26 March.
