PHOTOS: Wenger Receives Top Honour In Liberia
Former Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger has been given one of the top national awards in Liberia.
The President of Liberia, George Weah honoured Wenger and a few other individuals on Friday.
He said: Today, i had the privilege to confer upon several distinguished personalities our National Honors at the occasion marking Liberia’s National Flag Day. Key amongst those personalities were former Ghanaian President, H.E. John Kuffour, Sir Arsene Wenger, and Coach Claude LeRoy.
President Kuffour was conferred upon the Honor: Collar of State, Most Venerable Order of the Pioneers.
Wenger was conferred upon the Honor: Knights Grand Commander, Humane Order of African Redemption (KGC-HOAR)
While Coach Claude LeRoy was conferred upon the Honor: Knight Commander, Humane Order of African Redemption (KC-HOAR)
