Many are beginning to wonder if the Super Eagles are majorly going to the World Cup in Russia to make a fashion statement or they are really going there to challenge for the trophy presently held by Germany.

While the world is still talking about the jersey of the three-time African champions and are falling over themselves to get one, Bounce Sports has gathered that the Super Eagles will be showcasing Nigeria’s deep cultural heritage when they arrive in Russia

All the 23 players, the technical crew and members of the backroom staff will wear complete native attires when they leave the Avita Resort in Bad Tatzmannsdorf, Austria for Russia on June 11.

It was gathered that the traditional dresses were initially meant for May 30 when President Muhammad Buhari hosted the team at Aso Rock before they left for London.

Now the attires have been delivered at the  Avita Resort camp of the Eagles.

The idea to appear in traditional Nigerian attires will no doubt make the team look unique since most teams coming to Russia may likely appear in suits.
