Workers across Nigeria are uniting on this one request, they want more pay.

The organised labour union on Tuesday stormed the Presidential Villa, Abuja to press for a new minimum wage of N30,000.

The protest was replicated across all states of the federation, led by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC).

Hundreds of workers in Oyo state also stormed the streets of Ibadan, the capital with their placards.

They were led by the Oyo state NLC Chairman, Comrade Waheed Olojede and the TUC Chairman, Comrade Olusola Ogundiran.

These are images from the protest.
