The Independent National Electoral Commission in Lagos has its work cut out.

With limited locations to register and Lagosians demanding for their PVC, INEC would need to work double shifts to clear its backlog.

The grumbles and anger were voiced across some PVC registration and collection points in Lagos.

Bounce News visited Kosofe, Ikeja, Ikosi and Onigbongbo local council areas.

The prospective voters looked exhausted, angry and disappointed. Clearly, the race to 2019 has left many already sweating, their business unattended and several hours wasted roaming around the metropolis.
