The management of the Nigeria National League, NNL, are beginning to match their words with action.

They have slammed a N.1m fine on Bendel Insurance coach, Monday Odigie following his improper dressing at the ongoing NNL Super 8 in Aba.

The former National U17 Golden Eaglets head coach was found to have breached relevant sections of the second tier league's rule books during their match day one clash against Delta Force.

He was reportedly dressed in unsavoury manner for which he received verbal caution from the match Commissioner.

Odigie has now bagged a fine of N100,000 and advice to dress properly for the remainder of the competition.

Odigie regardless of his dressing issues has a lot to cheer as he is on the verge of leading the Benin Arsenal back to the Nigeria Premier League almost ten years after dropping to the lower ranks.
