PHOTO: Dapchi Girl's Health Gets Critical While Waiting For Buhari
One of the Dapchi girls returned by Boko Haram faction fell ill while waiting to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari.
Military personnel had to rush her to a hospital for treatment after her condition became a little critical.
The girl, whose name was not disclosed, is the third girl reported ill since the girls were returned on Wednesday by their captors.
Earlier, two girls could not travel to Abuja, Nigeria's capital with other girls because they were ill and at a hospital in Dapchi receiving treatment.
The other girls had been flown to Abuja after they met with the government authorities in Yobe State.
The Wait Is Still On
Others are still waiting to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari who had authorised the negotiation for their return.
The girls are receiving VIP treatment in Abuja, Bounce News correspondent following the events said.
They have met with some governors one of them, Yahaya Bello of Kogi State.
At least 110 girls were taken from the Government Girls Science and Technical College, Dapchi in Yobe State on February 20.
Five of them were reported dead and buried by insurgents who are in affiliation with Islamic State.
