The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has not laid to rest its displeasure with the outcome of the governorship election in Osun State that its candidate, Ademola Adeleke, lost after the rerun.

To push their displeasure, the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara and Uche Secondus, National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), led a protest against the result of the Osun State governorship election.

Together they matched to the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja on Friday.

At the location, they demanded that the commission should declare the PDP candidate, Ademola Adeleke, the winner of the election.

Tables turned in the election after Adeleke's lead in the first leg of the election disappeared after the rerun.
