Osinbajo Returns To Nigeria, Visits Tinubu Over Deji’s Death
Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has returned to the country after a week-long trip to Davos and the United Kingdom.
The Vice President on arrival on Saturday evening, visited Lagos to commiserate with the Tinubus over the sudden death of one of their sons, Deji Tinubu.
Deji, the Special Adviser on Commerce, Industry and Cooperative to Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, slumped on Thursday while playing a five-a-side match with fellow participants at a retreat of members of the state executive council and permanent secretaries at the Jubilee Chalets, Epe.

Osinbajo, on arrival at the airport, drove straight to the Victoria Island home of the Kafaru Oluwole Tinubu family.
He was received by Wale Tinubu, the MD of Oando and the younger brother of the deceased.
During his visit, Osinbajo met Deji’s mother, Iyalode Bintu Fatima, wife, Yemisi and his two children.
He led the family in prayer and encouraged them to take heart.
Osinbajo has since left for Abuja.
