Victor Osimhen is expected in the Paris camp of the Super Eagles on Tuesday and he would have his head above his shoulders having finally escaped relegation with his German side, Wolfsburg on Monday night.

The Nigeria youth international made a very brief appearance as his team Wolfsburg completed a 2-0 aggregate win over 10-man Bundesliga 2 side Eintracht Braunschweig.

It was Osimhen’s third appearance as a substitute since joining the first team squad in January.

The Nigerian striker was a late replacement for Mario Gomez, who was the match hero for Wolfsburg in the first leg, in the 90th minute of the encounter.

Having finally broken into Wolfsburg's first team, Osimhen will hope for a debut show with the Super Eagles in the international friendly against Togo on June 1.
