While many are happy with how the glamorous Best FIFA Football Awards panned out on Monday, Super Falcons star Asisat Oshoala has a grouse against the world football governing body.

Oshoala, who presently plies her trade in the Chinese league with Dalian Quanjin FC, has challenged FIFA to be more honest in their pursuit for gender equality to the game of football across the globe.

Oshoala, who was voted the BBC Women’s Player of the Year in 2015 and the reigning African Women's Player of the Year via her twitter page on Tuesday urged FIFA to also introduce the women’s version of the FifPro World 11 which only recognizes the best players in the men’s game and ignores women.

The reigning African football queen wrote “dear @FIFAcom, some of us think it would be more interesting to have the women best 11 just like that of the men. Please feed us something new”.

It is yet to be seen how FIFA will respond to this valid demand by Oshoala especially as they have always preached equality and fair play.
