Emmanuel Emenike is set to leave Turkish club Fenerbahce for a fresh challenge in Greece with defending league champions Olympiacos.

Former Super Eagles Coach Sunday Oliseh describes the planned switch as a welcome development.

Oliseh while speaking with Greek publication SDNA.gr expressed confidence that Emenike will re-launch his career with the move to Olympiacos

“I believe he can hit it big again at Olympiacos,” Oliseh said.

“He’s an aggressive striker who finishes well and on a good day, he alone can change a game for his team because he has a winning mentality.

“He can play alone on top of the attack, has good speed, can hold up play for his teammates to join him upfront and also create space for them.”

The former Super Eagles striker scored eight goals in 27 matches in all competitions.

Reports are now rife that Emenike will be completing his 2 Million Euros (about N900m) Olympiacos move in a couple of days.
