Pepper spray business has started to boom on social media.
This follows the incident between actress Dorcas Shola Fapson and a Taxify driver.
From Adekunle Gold to Davido's brother, people have been torn on social media, after the actress accused a Taxify driver, named Henry Nnaemeka, of trying to kidnap and rape her.
While narrating the story, she explained how she defended herself with pepper spray.
Her explanation has now inspired women to arm themselves while online retailers have taken advantage of the increase in demand.
People have started advertising their pepper spray products online, including those who are selling the "original" Nigerian pepper spray- Made with the very spicy, very hot Ata Rodo.
The Taxify Driver has taken legal action against the actress and is demanding N5 million compensation for trauma and loss of goodwill.
