The highly-anticipated clash will be decided at the UJ Esuene Stadium in Calabar and already Bounce News fans have been told to predict the outcome of the game and win some airtime.

The hosts are coming into this game on the back of a 3-1 away defeat to Kano Pillars in their last league outing while the visitors eked out the maximum points with a 1-0 triumph over Remo Stars at the Soccer Temple, Agege Stadium in Lagos.

Having played out a goalless draw in their previous meetings in the league last season both teams will be aiming to claim all 3 points.

With 11 games played so far in the league, the Peoples Elephant currently sit in 14th place on the NPFL table with 14 points.

The Olukoya Boys are occupying the 5th spot on the log with 19 points from 10 matches.

A win for Fidelis Ilechukwu's men will brighten their chances of getting a continental spot.

Speaking ahead of the game, MFM FC’s Stephen Odey, who currently tops the goalscorers chat said;

“We are well motivated and ready for the test against Enyimba FC. Our technical department have done their part to ensure we get a victory over our opponent but we only need to take that to the pitch and finish the job.”

On his part, Enyimba striker Stephen Chukwude says the hosts must be at their best to be victorious against the only Lagos-based team in the NPFL.

“We must be at our best to beat MFM because they are also in the top flight and they must be respected. We will approach the weekend tie with all seriousness and we shall be going for the three points.”
