Nollywood Actor, Kenneth Okonkwo Begins Campaign To Become Enugu Governor
Veteran Nollywood actor Kenneth Okonkwo wants to be the next governor of Enugu state.
To show his level of seriousness in achieving this dream, the film star has officially unveiled his Enugu governorship election poster, ahead of the 2019 polls.
The move star declared his ambition some weeks back under the platform of the All Progressive Congress, APC, in Enugu with Sullivan Chime, the immediate past Governor of the state, showing his support.
“Without God I can do nothing but with Him I can do all things because He strengthens me. Join the wining team. By the grace of God, I am the next Governor of Enugu State.”
Kenneth Okonkwo is a famous Nollywood actor, director, producer, television personality, entrepreneur, investor, politician and a philanthropist.
He is best known for his role as Andy in the movie, 'Living In Bondage' which is regarded in many ways as the movie that kicked off the Nollywood we know today.
He was born on 6th November, 1965 in Nsukka, Enugu State in the south eastern part of Nigeria.
