Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo Rodriguez has condemned how former governors contest for Senate seats after their tenure end.

Some state governors completing their tenures in 2019, and who contested to become senators include Rochas Okorocha of Imo, Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo, Kashim Shettima of Borno, Ibrahim Geidam of Yobe and Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara.

“We need to find a way to put this into the Nigerian constitution.. 'Ex governors Can't run for Senate' I mean seriously it's like the retirement plan of every governor” the film star tweeted.
