Samini loves marijuana so much that he literally wants to get ‘high on his own supply’.

The Ghanaian Dancehall star has requested that his country’s government grants him license to grow marijuana in the country.

Samini who is popular for protesting the criminalizing of marijuana in Ghana also asked the government to setup proper mechanisms for marijuana to be commercialized.

The singer insists that the plant will help grow the economy.

 “I am a farmer. I need license to grow weed and export it to the industries that use weed for medicinal purposes and every other thing important apart from smoking.

''If I get the license to grow weed, I’ll supply to the medical industry, the oil industry… the paper industry, you know different [different] industries which use marijuana as raw materials as base for what they produce,” he said on a radio show.
