Super Eagles star, Moses Simon has expressed profound gratitude to fans and officials of his former club, KAA Gent after he completed a move to the La Liga to join Levante UD.

The pacy winger on Monday signed a five-year deal.

The 23-year old was earlier linked with a move to Liverpool but has now opted to play his club football in Spain.

"I want to say a BIG THANK U to all D staffs,teammates nd fans of @kaagent for everything Dis past years.U al hav been wonderful.Words cannot tel how much I appreciate you all but it’s time to move on to D next chapter. One thing I know is Dat u all hav a special place in my heart" Moses wrote on his twitter handle.

The latest move for Moses may be seen as his biggest move so far having joined Slovakia club, AS Trencin in 2014 from GBS Academy and scored 13 goals in 33 league appearances in his one season at the club.

He joined Gent the following season where he scored 21 goals in 108 league appearances.

Moses sorely missed out on a place in Nigeria’s squad to the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia due to an injury cupped in the latter stages of the preparations for the Mundial.
