Nigeria’s Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo was in Lagos on Tuesday to inaugurate the new ultra-modern auditorium of Deeper Life Bible Church Headquarters in Gbagada, Lagos.

APC national leader, Ahmed Tinubu’s wife, Remi was also present, among other top dignitaries.

General Superintendent of Deeper Life, Williams Kumuyi, in his speech thanked the Vice President and other distinguished guest for honouring the church’s invitation.

According to him, the building project started in 2005 as the church population increased.

“We saw the need to accommodate more members, hence the expansion of the auditorium that can now sit 30,000 worshippers at a time.

“We believe the growth of a society should not be left for the government alone, that is why Deeper Life is playing it's part.”

“It is an honour to be here to officially inaugurate the new auditorium of Deeper Life Bible Church,” he began.

“I commend the church for such great edifice built with modern day technology for the propagation of the gospel.

“Those of us who watched how this edifice has grown, can no doubt testify that the glory of the latter is greater than the former, with no question at all.”
