When you talk about artistes that are taking Nigerian music to the world, you would mostly hear of Davido, Wizkid and maybe Tiwa Savage.

While Mr Eazi would probably only come up amongst core music industry followers, the artiste has collaborated with and influenced world music from his corner of the world, and in such a short time.

He was part of the propagators of the Ghanaian influenced Akwaba dance, which Janet Jackson ‘borrowed’ for her performance at the 2018 BET Awards.

This is just one recent example.

Now he has collaborated with Jamaican musician, Popcaan on the remix of the infectious  single: "Body So Good".

On the original Dre Skull-produced dancehall and pop hybrid, Popcaan sings about a woman he has conflicting emotions over.

For the remix, Mr Eazi opens up the song with a verse about how the woman he loves brings him joy and stress in equal measure, following the original theme of the song.

"I will never ever in this life love another like you/The wahala wey you give me, girl, e go make me love you more", he sings.
