Following his ordeal with officers of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) a few days ago, veteran rapper – ILLBLISS has decided to put his experience in a song.

On the track titled 'It Is God', he addresses the current situation in Nigeria.

The rapper and music executive also took to his Instagram page to explain some of the other things that inspired him to make the song.

“As an artist it is only right you’re a voice for the people around you.

''You watch the news and think it could’ve been you in Adamawa, Benue, Zamfara, you listen to your younger friend narrate his ordeal with police-SARS and you think that could’ve been you, you drive past the hungry kids on the street and feel what they feel.

''We’re all connected in the struggle and in feeling like we need the divine to achieve one primary goal, surviving the day” he said.

ILLBLISS is the latest celebrity to complain about the high handedness of SARS officers.

He claims that they pointed guns at him and his manager, as they claimed to be searching for drugs in his car.

Other celebrities like Reekado Banks, Jaywon, Dr Sid, Dotun, Mayorkun, Johnny Drille and Praiz have also complained about being harassed by SARS officers.
