Ice Prince has struggled for relevance after his Brymo assisted Oleku.

This struggle in musical form has even made him refer to himself as an upcoming artiste.

Recently he took the chorus of Major Lazer and DJ Maphorisa's song titled Particula, which also starred Nasty C, Patoranking and Jidenna.

The song was a reminder of the energy and talent that Ice Prince brings to a song.

Now his new EP, C.O.L.D has shown that the rapper from Jos has lyrically evolved and might be slowly but surely climbing back to the top of the musical food chain.

C.O.L.D is firmly rooted in hip-hop, but still infuses other genres, including Funk, Afropop and R&B.

On the 8-track project, Ice Prince travels the familiar thematic road of rappers- sex, staying on his grind, proving his haters wrong and getting really excited (he does this with D'Banj’s younger brother, Kayswitch).

Remy Baggins produces and raps on the album.

He produces "Shut Down","Tour 254", and "Space Funk", which he's also featured on.
