#LagosLGElection Day Rainstorm Wreaks Havoc In Ojokoro LCDA
Some residents of Ahmadiyya are less bothered about the local government election now as they are battling to save their belongings.
The heavy storm that preceded the rain has rendered some of their houses roofless.
Owners of MicCom steel company also have more to worry about as their factory at Ahmadiyya Bus stop along Abeokuta Expressway was also destroyed.
The good news is that no life was lost as the steel company has not been operating for a while.
Lagosians woke up to heavy rains and flooding in most parts of the state on the morning of the Lagos State local government elections.
This disrupted not only logistics for election officials but also kept the people indoors and unable or maybe unwilling to risk their health.
Ahmadiyya is under Ojokoro LCDA.
